Your agents know your feature. Your team does not.

The context your agents have accumulated about a feature is some of the most useful writing in the whole project, and today it is stranded on one machine where nobody else on the team can reach it. Team Sync is the tier being built for that problem, so that a decision approved once reaches the coding agents of the other engineers, PMs, and designers who need it. It is not available yet, and everything below describes the product being designed rather than something you can switch on today.

One readable file, one human decision

A reviewer would approve the complete Team Shared Memory revision in one decision. There would be no queue asking people to approve hundreds of memories, claims, or fragments one at a time. Local generation of that file, with its full diff and exclusion report, already works today.

What Team Sync is for

Team Sync is meant to keep approved project standards and decisions consistent across members and their coding agents, so that a person joining the work does not have to rediscover what the team already settled. Personal preferences and raw session evidence would stay outside the shared file.

Not available yet

Team Sync cannot be used today. Invitations cannot yet be accepted, so a second person cannot join a workspace, and Personal and Team memory do not yet use separate encryption domains. Shipping before both are resolved would risk disclosing raw harvested memory to colleagues, which is why it is not being sold in that state.
